What to Expect
:
Your fist visit will start with a consultation, where your Chiropractor will take a detailed medical history and discuss your current problem. Then they will conduct a physical examination specific to your needs which will include orthopaedic and neurological tests to form a working diagnosis.

Your Chiropractor will then discuss your likely diagnosis, the appropriate treatment, and answer any questions you may have (there are no stupid questions!). Please be aware that often we can only give a rough idea of how long it will take for your problem to resolve, the body's response is very much patient dependent and influenced by factors including work, hobbies, or how long you have suffered with your problem.

At this stage, if your Chiropractor (or you) feel that Chiropractic treatment is not suitable for you, then you will be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional. Our primary interest is helping you get the best care possible.

Who are they for?
Existing Patients undergoing a course of treatments
Typically, Chiropractic therapy takes several treatments. If this is the case for you, your Chiropractor will design a package of care for you and deliver treatment across several appointments. They will use these follow up appointments to track your progress and update your care plan if necessary. They will also help guide you through any rehabilitative exercises you are given.
