My interest in health began when I started weight training at 15. After a few years I had learned enough about the body to tailor exercise and nutrition plans for my friends and family. I really enjoyed their happiness as they succeeded in their fitness goals, and I started thinking about how else I could help people.

I discovered Chiropractic several years later through my sister, who had been suffering terrible headaches and neck pain because of her job. Intrigued by how it had helped her, I shadowed in a Chiropractic clinic and was amazed at the wide variety of problems they could treat and the benefits the patients experienced. This, and my own interest in healthy living, set me on the path to become a Chiropractor.

After training for 5 years at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, I was lucky enough to land an associate job in Bristol with one of my former clinic tutors (and you can still find me working there a couple of days a week). I was able to gain invaluable experience working at her clinic and I am excited to now carry that forwards into the next chapter of my work.
